1. Services

We provide custom AI software development services tailored to your needs. Detailed project scope and delivery timelines will be defined in each service agreement.

2. Information Products

We offer digital courses and guides on AI methodologies and best practices. Access is granted upon completion of purchase and expires as specified in the product description.

3. Goods

We sell branded merchandise and related hardware kits. Descriptions, specifications, and shipping details are provided on product pages.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are listed on our site. Payments are processed via secure channels, and you agree to pay all applicable charges at the time of checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Services: If no substantial work has been performed, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the service start date. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 calendar days. You may also request to shift service dates at no extra charge.

Information Products: You may request a refund within 5 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days.

Goods: Physical products may be sent back unused and in original condition within 30 calendar days of shipment. You are responsible for shipping the item back. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days.

Non-Refundable Services: Completed custom consulting sessions and finalized deliverables are not eligible for refunds due to the resource allocation required for project execution.

6. Transfers

Service slots and digital products may be transferred to another date or recipient upon written request at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled start.

7. Liability

Velorae’s total liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs provided by Velorae are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive no rights to use our trademarks or copyrighted material except as expressly permitted.
